IGV Revenue OS (“the application”) is operated by the operator of IGV Revenue OS. By using it you agree to these terms.

What you may use it for

• To market and sell the lawful products and services of a business you own or are authorised to act for.
• You decide what is sent: every first email, post and ad waits for your approval, and you are responsible for what you approve.

What you must not do

• State anything about your business that is not true, or confirm a fact in the application that you know to be false.
• Write to people who have asked not to be contacted, remove the unsubscribe line from an email, or use the application to send bulk or deceptive email.
• Break the law that applies to your emails (in the United States, the CAN-SPAM Act), or the rules of the email provider you connect.
• Use it to contact children, or to collect information about them.
• Try to reach another business’s information, or interfere with the application.

Your mailbox

Emails are sent from the mailbox you connect, in your name. You can disconnect it at any time. You are responsible for keeping within your email provider’s terms and sending limits.

No guarantee of results

The application prepares and sends marketing on your behalf; it does not promise replies, customers or revenue. Text written by AI can contain mistakes — read what you approve.

Availability and liability

The application is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Ending use

You may stop using the application at any time and ask for your information to be deleted (see the privacy policy). The operator may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
