Marketing and sales for a small business — written by an AI team, approved by the owner
IGV Revenue OS is a web application for owners of small businesses. It finds organisations that could become customers, reads their public websites, and writes a short, truthful first email to each one. It also writes posts for social networks, answers people who get in touch through the business’s contact page, and asks existing customers for reviews and introductions.
Nothing is sent or published until the owner has read it and approved it. Everything the AI writes about the business must come from facts the owner has confirmed.
How it works
- The owner describes the business and confirms the facts the AI may use.
- Each morning the AI prepares drafts: first emails to new prospects, answers to enquiries, posts for the week.
- The owner approves, edits or rejects each one.
- Approved emails are sent from the owner’s own mailbox, so they come from a real person and replies reach that person.
What “Connect with Google” does
An owner who uses Gmail or Google Workspace can connect that mailbox with one click. IGV Revenue OS asks Google for a single permission: to send email on the owner’s behalf. It uses that permission only to send the emails the owner has approved, or has switched on, inside the application.
- It cannot read, search, change or delete any email in the mailbox — it does not ask for that permission.
- It does not use the connection for advertising, and does not sell or share it.
- The permission can be withdrawn at any time, in the application (Settings → Disconnect) or in the Google account.
