Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
IGV Revenue OS (“the application”) is operated by the operator of IGV Revenue OS. This policy explains what information the application holds, what it is used for, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
Who this policy is about
- Account holders — business owners and their staff who sign in to the application.
- People an account holder’s business writes to — contacts at other organisations, people who use a business’s contact page, and a business’s own customers.
Information from Google (when you choose “Connect with Google”)
If you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox, the application receives from Google:
- your email address, and
- a permission to send email on your behalf (the Gmail “send” permission, gmail.send).
The application uses this only to send, from your mailbox, the emails that you or your colleagues have approved or switched on inside the application. It does not request, and therefore cannot use, any permission to read, search, change or delete email in your mailbox.
- The permission is stored encrypted. It is never shown again, not even to you.
- It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone except the hosting and database providers that store it on the operator’s behalf.
- It is not used to train artificial-intelligence models.
- Nobody working for the operator reads your Google data, unless you ask for help with a specific problem and agree to it, or it is necessary for security or to comply with the law.
- You can withdraw the permission at any time under Settings → Disconnect this mailbox, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting withdraws the permission at Google and deletes it from the application.
The application’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Other information the application holds
- Account details: your email address and a protected form of your password.
- Your business: what you type about it, and the facts you confirm it may state.
- Prospects: names, roles, business email addresses and telephone numbers of organisations, taken from their own public websites, together with the page each one was found on.
- Customers: names and contact details you add so that they can be asked for a review or an introduction.
- Enquiries: what a person types into a business’s contact or booking page — name, email, telephone, message.
- Correspondence: emails written and sent through the application, and replies that are pasted in or received by it.
- A mailbox password, if you connect a mailbox with an app password instead of Google sign-in. It is stored encrypted and used only to send your approved emails and to read replies from people your business has written to.
- Records of what was done: who approved what and when, and what each automated step cost.
What it is used for
- To prepare, send and keep track of the emails and posts of each business, and to show its owner the results.
- To write drafts and sort replies, text is processed by an AI model provided by Anthropic. The text is sent for that purpose only.
- Each business’s information is kept separate from every other business’s and is visible only to that business’s members.
Information is not sold. It is not used to advertise to you.
Who stores it
- Supabase — database and sign-in (United States).
- Vercel — hosting of the application.
- Anthropic — the AI model that drafts and sorts text.
- Google, or your own email provider — when you connect a mailbox, your emails are sent through it.
If a business using the application wrote to you
- Reply “unsubscribe” to the email and that business will not contact you again; the address is added to a do-not-contact list.
- To see, correct or delete what is held about you, write to the operator (a contact address will be published on this page before the application is opened to other businesses).
Keeping and deleting
- Information is kept while the account that holds it is open.
- An account holder can ask for their account and its information to be deleted by writing to the operator (a contact address will be published on this page before the application is opened to other businesses).
- Do-not-contact entries are kept so that the request continues to be honoured.
Children
The application is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and its rules prevent unsolicited email to anyone identified as under 18.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date. Questions and requests: the operator (a contact address will be published on this page before the application is opened to other businesses).
